Delivery
No, we only ship within Australia.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive to most metropilitan locations, country and more remote orders may take longer.
Special orders items and items which are temporarily out of stock may also take longer. We will advise if there is to be a known delay on any order.
For most local deliveries we use our own transport fleet, contracted carriers, Australia Post and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
For bulky items like sheet and timber products, and bulk landscape material we only offer local delivery within a 100km radius of your closest store. Delivery method is defined on the product pages.
Parcel deliveries via Australia Post or Sendle start from $15 Australia wide.
Local delivery on a Bretts vehicle are:
Local Ute - $50
Flat tray truck - $110
Crane truck - $220
Bretts delivers nationally for parcel sized products.
Big and bulky goods such as timber and sheet products are delivered within a radius of 100km of a store.
Click and collect may be a good option for cases where we are unable to deliver your chosen goods to you.
We automatically select the cheapest available delivery method based on the type of product, quantity which and location.
In most cases, yes if the product allows it you can check the crane truck option on the checkout page.
Local deliveries:
Within 100km of a store and for products in stock, expect 2 business days.
We may be able to offer same day local delivery on some products.
For "special order" or products which are temporarily out of stock allow 5-10 business days.
Australia wide deliveries:
Parcel deliveries will take 5-10 working days.
Products such as this will be identified as "Special order" and will take 5-10 business days. If there are to be further delays, we will let you know by providing a "best estimate" date.
Yes, however it will depend on the stage of your order, for example some "special order" products may already be expedited. Either way please get in touch, and we will amend your order accordingly.
Delivery addresses can be changed at any time prior to the dispatch date. Please email our dispatch team.
We usually require a signature as proof of delivery, and for loacl deliveries we will take photographic evidence the goods on site
Either call the store where the goods were dispatched from. Details will be on you order confirmation. Or email online-support@bretts.com.au
Not all products can be delivered on the same day. If a product is eligible for same-day delivery, you'll see a same-day delivery option on the order page.
This service is only available within a 100km radius of a store, and there's a 10am cut-off for same-day delivery.

We always aim to ensure sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return a product, we’re happy to help. First, please read our returns policy then email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
It depends on the product. All variations and options are outlined on the products page, so look out for customisation options there.
We offer manufacturer warranty in accordance with the prevailing Australian consumer law on all our products
Accounts
Yes, we do offer credit accounts to approved applicants. To apply for a 30-day credit account please apply online here.
Please refer to the Bretts Trade Account page where you can choose the right account and then apply online.
- Go to the Bretts login page and enter the email you used to create your Bretts account.
- You'll receive an email with a one-time 6-digit code.
- Enter this code at the enter code prompt.
- The code expires after 15 minutes.
Make sure you're using the email address linked to your account to log in. For added security, our login process requires 2-Factor Authentication (2FA), which will send you a 6-digit code via email to confirm your identity.

To link your existing Bretts 30-day credit account to BOLT, simply reach out to our customer support team. They'll take care of the linking process and notify you via email once it's complete. Don't forget to include your Bretts account number and name in your email!
Of course, you can have as many as you like, but only after your Bretts account has been linked. This setup allows your supervisors or employees to place orders on your behalf.
Orders
Yes, you can place your order online for "click and collect" from any of our locations.
Please note that not products available at all. The product details pages will indicate which products are available for collection and where.
Check our locations now.
A confirmation email order will be sent to you immediately upon placing the order, containing all order details.
Once your order is ready to collect you will receive an SMS advising that it is ready for pickup.
Please wait for this SMS confirmation before arriving at your nominated store.
When you arrive to collect your order please present the SMS or order confirmation at the stores service counter.
Depending on the goods you purchased and the store you selected for click and collect we may need to perform a transfer or order stock from the manufacturer. In such cases we will provide an estimated pick-up time.
If you have any concerns about your order status after purchase, contact store you chose for click and collect with the order details immediately after placing the order.
The branch contact details are also included in your confirmation email.
When collecting your order in-store, you will need copy of your order confirmation or SMS and valid photo identification.
If you require someone to collect an order on your behalf, they need a copy of the order confirmation, and a signed authority from the purchaser, and photo identification.
If a 30-day Bretts account holder we require an authorisation on the Bretts account to be setup by the principal prior to pick up, in addition to photo identification.
To request an authorised person to be added to your Bretts account we require an email request from the account owner or director. This process requires verification by Bretts and may take in excess of 24hrs. Request authorise person now.
Orders be held for fourteen days after being confirmed ready for collection. If your order has not been collected by this time, it may be cancelled and a refund processed. "Special order" products will incur a return fee to cover the costs associated with return to the manufacturer. The fee will vary depending upon the product. You will be advised of the fee before the order is cancelled or a refund granted.
We'll need to check the current order status and get back to you with the best options for your request.
If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact the Bretts store you selected for click and collect.
Be sure to include the order details from the confirmation email you received right after placing the order. The branch contact details are also mentioned in that email.
