  • Visit any Bretts store or contact our online team at online-support@bretts.com.au with proof of the lower price, such as a printout or website link. If the product adheres to our Terms & Conditions, we will match the price.

To qualify:

  • Product must be:

    • Identical (same brand, color, and model number).

    • Advertised currently in print or electronic media (newspaper, catalog, TV, or online).

    • In stock within our service area

  • Price must be:

    • Inclusive of delivery fees, taxes, and charges.

    • Lower than our price on the day the price match is requested (day of purchase).

    • Exclusive of finance, installation, bundling, rebates, cashback, coupon offers, loyalty rewards, or free bonus goods.

Exclusions:

  • Trade/commercial quotes and/or bulk purchases.

  • Auction, stock liquidation, fire sale, or clearance items (including eBay).

  • Ex-demonstration, blemished, refurbished, damaged, or seconds stock.

  • Genuine advertising mistakes by competitors.

  • Special event, club, or membership offers, third-party promotions, or prices not available to the general public.

  • Special order products and products from unauthorised dealers.
