Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Bretts / Participating suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotional Period

The promotion periods are defined in the promotion details on this page.

3. How to Enter

To enter, purchase any product from one or more of the promotions outlined on this page during the promotional period. Each qualifying purchase constitutes one entry. Multiple purchases will result in multiple entries.

Some promotions may qualify for bonus entries, these are outlined in the individual promotion details on this page.

4. Prize

The prize is as indicated in each promotion's details on this page. If a Visa Prepaid Gift Card, tit will be in AUD o the value indicated for each promotion in the promotion details on this page. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other prize method or type.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw on the date specified for each promotion on this page at 8:00am on that date at Bretts Chermside. Unless specified otherwise in the promotion details. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw.

6. Prize Claim

The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of notification. If unclaimed, a redraw will be conducted.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting this promotion and will be handled in accordance with Bretts Pty Ltd Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

Bretts Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. General

Bretts Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits fraudulent entries.
