Delivery and lead times

We provide 5- to 7-day delivery on most items across Australia to most to most metropolitan locations, country and more remote area orders may take longer.

For bulk materials and heavy hardware, local delivery is available.

Special order items and items which are temporarily out of stock may also take longer. We will advise if there is to be a longer than usual delay on any order.

Need fasteners fast? 
We offer next-day delivery to Southeast Queensland.

Our delivery service is handled by Australia Post or Aramex couriers for orders outside Southeast Queensland. For deliveries within Southeast Queensland, we use our own fleet of vehicles.

Delivery rates depend on the quantity, size of your order, and delivery location. Rates are calculated during checkout. If you need any help with lead times or delivery, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
