Automatically seal beneath single-action doors with a compact medium-duty drop seal for smoke and acoustic control.
This 380mm automatic door bottom seal can be face-fixed or semi-rebated and uses a spring-loaded mechanism that lifts clear of the floor when the door opens. It has silver anodised aluminium, grey end plates, a grey cover strip and a grey silicone gasket.

- Suitable for gaps from 3mm to 10mm
- Fire tested to AS1530 Part 4 in accordance with AS1905 Part 1
- Durability tested through more than 1,000,000 open and close cycles
