Product overview
Automatically seal beneath single-action doors with a compact concealed drop seal mortised into the door bottom.
This 380mm automatic door bottom seal is installed in a 35mm deep x 15mm wide machined groove. Its spring-loaded mechanism raises the seal when the door opens and lowers the grey silicone gasket when the adjustable strike button contacts the jamb.

- Silver anodised aluminium with stainless steel end plates and grey silicone gasket
- Fully mortised installation in single-action doors
- Suitable for gaps from 3mm to 15mm
- Fire tested to AS1530 Part 4 in accordance with AS1905 Part 1
- Durability tested through more than 1,000,000 open and close cycles
