Unitex Base Board Render is a polymer-modified, cement-based powder that, when mixed with water, is trowel-applied to expanded polystyrene (EPS) cladding to provide the essential structural stability, impact resistance, and weather protection required for exterior walls. This super-lightweight formula is designed to level and straighten the wall surface, creating a perfectly true foundation for the final protective texture finish.

Warranty
Unitex provides a system warranty when BBR 8.5 is used as an integral part of a complete Unitex Base Board system installed per technical manuals. Batch numbers from product labels must be provided for any technical or warranty investigations.
