Unitex Uni-Dry Cote Harbour Fine is a 20kg fine-grade, non-combustible masonry render for smooth finishes on new or old brick and cement block.
This cement-based, polymer-modified render is certified non-combustible and compliant with AS 1530.1. It is designed for one- or two-coat application to sound, prepared masonry surfaces and can be applied by trowel or machine spray before floating or sponge finishing. Harbour Fine is particularly suited to skim-coat work and fine, even surfaces before applying compatible Unitex texture finishes.
